the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) from the US health regulator. In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said, “Our
state-of-the-art manufacturing plant at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, has successfully obtained the Establishment Inspection Report from the
USFDA.”Thecompanyfurthersaidthatthiswillnowpavethewayforfurtherapprovalofproductsfromthissite.

Indian stocks are likely to open flat to lower, given movements inthe Singapore-based SGX Nifty and in other global markets. At the

a particularly volatile session on Monday when Dalal Street ended with minor losses following a sharp cut early. Overnight, Wall
Street closed mixed, stabilizing after its worst week since 2011, as declines in commodity prices weighed. The Nasdaq closed mildly
lower for its eighth-straight day of losses. Europe too ended with marginal losses. In another hit to crude prices, Nymex crude
plunged more than 6 percent overnight to new 12-year lows. Some experts have now forecast crude to slip to USD 20 dollars or
below.
