Served as a Subject Matter Expert in executive meetings for White House and DNI directives (ICS 500-
24/ICS 400-27) for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Audit compliance across web applications.
Solicited funding to develop and implement a reusable module for compliance across all in-house
developed applications. The contract was awarded double the initial request ($500k to $1M) as
executives requested an expansion of scope. The result was delivered within scope and budget,
served as an exemplar across the organization, and earned a letter of recognition from the customer.
Architected four SharePoint migrations, allowing transitions of over 70 SharePoint web applications
and websites housing 10TB of data. Reduced enterprise downtime in previous migrations from one

Key Accomplishments
Lead team to deploy SharePoint providing the customer with their first enterprise-wide collaboration
system. Success of SharePoint is evident by the size of the system doubled every year and became
the defacto collaboration space and homepage for every Directorate in the customer’s organization.
Established enterprise-level SharePoint architecture serving the needs of all customer directorates
from a single infrastructure vice multiple farms, reducing the IT footprint and need for additional IT
support structure.
