Technical Lead for migration of Pfizer’s ecfPartner DMZ collaboration
environment to SharePoint 2013. Delivered solution leveraged
PingFederate, Pfizer’s federated identity management system.
Technical Lead for the successful migration to SharePoint 2010, leveraged
novel backend SAN synchronization approach to support weekend
migration.
Technical Lead for build of SharePoint 2016 TAP environment in Azure,
leverages multi-server environment and VM template technology to
facilitate rapid scale-out.
Technical Lead for MySite migration to SharePoint 2013, included switch for
applications to User Profile Services in 2013.
Technical Lead for build of FAST Search and SharePoint 2013 Search
environments. Partnered with BTI on unique build, lowered overall support
costs by more than 30% while increasing Search performance.
Technical Lead for successful rapid build of ecfR, Pfizer’s SharePoint for
Regulatory applications. Partnered with BT Compliance on Information
Protection and Risk Management (IPRM) definition, defining its Compliance

Served as Service Delivery Lead/Platform Architect for Pfizer’s Document Management
Facility (DMF) Platform.
DMF hosts multiple Document Management applications across the globe using
Documentum, Adlib Rendering and FAST Search services.
Assured Pfizer’s stringent regulatory and compliancy requirements with fully
validated capability and secured confidentiality, integrity and high availability.
Partnered directly with Business customers, and liaison with vendors and
technology providers to address Pfizer’s global DM needs.
Led design and transition to lower-cost hardware based on Linux RHEL and
Documentum 6.5, away from Solaris servers; saving significant on-going and 30%
initial hardware costs while improving alignment to technology directions.
Identified, evaluated and managed roll-out of Linux physical infrastructure.
Lead engagement of technology (EMC) and support service vendors to ensure new
environment met requirements seamlessly within fixed budgetary and timeline

whom” and “who knows what”.

Presented and trained users on the KN and its rollout across Pfizer’s BT
organization.
Facilitated technical decisions across all aspects of the project and ensuring that

System architect responsible for ATG’s technology insertions across Electric Boat.
Focused on identifying, testing and integrating new information exchange
technology solutions (XML) and process improvements across Business domains as
well as with Business Partners.
Technical lead for development and deployment of the IETM system for CVNX
program, which provided an innovative Document Management approach to
dynamic documents based on XML content fragments for content authoring and
content reuse.
Technical lead for the Advanced Product Model Project, browser based XML
database system to warehouse shipyard design information. Allows operators to
create custom visualizations of physical components of the ship. Visualization
provides seamless interface for obtaining additional component specific
information via simple interactions with the 3D graphical representation model.
Co-lead for the Product Data Web Services Project, responsible for proposal,
design, implementation and demonstration of a J2EE system that allows for
locating and extracting of back-end data via SOAP messaging within Electric
Boat’s Enterprise Oracle 9i environment. The approach taken was unique and was
presented at the OMG (Object Management Group) Web Services conference.
Technical lead for Automated Electronic Documents Project, an XML based
approach to automate the generation of enhanced electronic documents. XSLT
environment dynamically generates HTML/SVG integrated reports from in-house
nuclear radiation analysis application data. Developed reports provided
intelligent linking of the visualized information to the source.
