2)Injection Molding:
We are equipped with machines ranging from 80 to 1000 Tonnage. We have hands on
experience in processing commercial and engineering materials in transparent, opaque,
filled or reinforced grades. As a result, we can show you samples of a great variety of
mouldings to illustrate material strength rigidity and surface finish etc, so that you can
weigh up all these factors relative to your own product ideas.
The most materials we have used are PP, ABS, Nylon, PC, PMMA, PE,PS, PC/ABS,
PBT,APG , PES etc.

3) Value-added secondary processing:
We can supply individual components or complex assemblies that are put together in
house, from concept to mass production.
Assembly can be carried out by hand or by using dedicated special purpose machinery, It
all depends on the application, volume and complexity. Here we are talking about
mechanical assembly, electronical and electronic, plus functional testing and sonic
welding.
