lead to crime, then they can be productive,
intellectual, and influential citizens.

My data would begin with the “Cradle to Prison
Pipeline” Factsheet by CDF that is created for
every state.
This information has statistics on poverty, health
care, early and regular child education,child
wealfare, incarceration, and violence by which
to base the likelihood of being prison bound.

9. With the use of information on the situations that
make children more likely to end up in prison, we
will provide programs in each of these areas to
help families live in healthy, clean homes, out of
poverty stricken areas to lower the crime rate
and allow children the opportunities they
deserve.
