We are a steak house serving all kinds of steaks and seafood.
- Ensuring good hygiene and health and safety at all times.
- Measuring dish ingredients and portioning.
- Helping with deliveries of stock .
- Ensure FIFO & FEFO are observed on daily basis.
- Doing inventory at every end month.
- Ensuring the par level is maintained on daily basis.
