The Scriptures clearly tell us that the time will come when when some Christians in the body of Christ will not endure sound doctrine. All of us ought to separate the precious from the vile, the truth from the error and sound doctrine from fables. We cannot delegate this responsibility to anybody else. To this end we have been freely given the written word of God that by the grace of God through faith in his name we might be lead into all truth through the Holy Spirit. 2. • In the first session we saw that there would
come a time when Christians would not
endure sound doctrine

3. • Without grace not a single person could be
saved. The grace of God is the complete plan
of redemption secured for all mankind by
God’s only begotten son JESUS.

8. • You commit a serious error by ignoring Scriptures that do not support
the fable that it is impossible for a saved person to turn away from
God

and they follow me but there is no promise in the
Bible stating that God will keep those who will not
listen, will not follow and will rebel against God’s

20. • People like to say, “if a person is truly saved in every
case he will hear and follow.”
• That may be a nice sentiment but it frankly is not
biblical.

constantly refuses the Council of the Holy
Spirit and become so involved with sin
that faith is “cast off.”
