2. Current Job Responsibilities (Shift-in-charge FCC block):
 To oversee safe & efficient operation and maintenance of petrochemical PFCC and coker
gasoil hydrotreater units.
 To performroutine processengineeringcalculations(i.e.mass& energy balances, unit yield
etc).
 Generating and maintaining an informational database on all pertinent process variables,
and updating PFDs and P&Ids.
 Monitor the control system and application programs capabilities and limitations; also
identify and discuss the required DCS/ESD and other related systems, vendor technical
support & upgrades.
 To Gather, analyze,interpret, act upon, and pass on all pertinent unit operations data. This
includes preparation of Daily, Monthly and Annual production reports. Compiling and
delivering the monthly and annual performance review presentations for the unit.
 Supervise the day-to-day activities of planning & scheduling of Operations, Start-up and
shutdown of Units and coordinate with other department during steady state and
shutdown/ turnaround periods.
 To make proactive recommendations for improving unit yields and/or optimizing energy
consumption.
 Developmentof operatingguidelinesandstandardoperatingprocedures(SOP) for handling
of various process equipments.
