4. A CONTRIBUTOR SHOULD HAVE THE
FOLLOWING QUALITIES:
 Team spirit- a contributor should be able to unite all the team members.
 Creativity- he should be innovative
 Prediction- he should have future vision
 Honesty- he should be honest in his approach
 Communication skills- a contributor should be clear and loud to express
himself
 Confidence- he should have confidence in himself and his team to fulfill
their goal
 Ability to delegate- he should know which person is good in doing a
particular task and should delegate accordingly

8. SO WHAT DID WE LEARN???
 To become a contributor we should start taking interest in the activities in our lives
 Once you are interested and passionate you are bound to do good
 Once you do good, you are bound to be more interested and do better, and this
continues…..
