Character Inspiration

1. Here we had to analysis what type of
character we would have in your trailer.
So we drafted some character
inspirations from Crime movies, here are
some examples.

2. Doughboy (‘Boyz N The
Hood’) – Doughboy is an
aggressive, dumb, violent
and care free person who
will not hesitate to pull his
gun out if need be. He is
inconsiderate of his
surroundings and those he
is associated with, and only
really keeps an eye out for
his self as that’s where his
best intentions remain.

3. James Conway (‘Goodfellas’) – In
this 1990 Martin Scorsese crime
film , James Conway is a lead
character who plays a major role
in the organization of criminal
activities throughout the movie.
He is a very strong willed, by-the-
book and dangerous character
who is very concealed and careful
about the way he does business.

4. Tony Montana (‘Scarface’) – In
Brian De’Palmas 1983 classic,
Tony Montana is the main
character who runs a drug
organization he overtook by
working from the ground up.
He is an extremely cocky, self-
loving, dangerous and brash
character who shows little to
no remorse for the criminal
actions he has enforced.

5. O’dog (‘Menace II
Society’) –. He is a
dangerous, reckless and
carefree individual who’s
responsible for the film
gaining its title.

6. Frank Costello (‘The
Departed) – Frank Costello,
is a sick, twisted and
sadistic character who runs
a Boston crime
organizations in Martin
Scorsese’s 2006 Gangster
thriller. He is very
dangerous and inflicts fear
upon those who cross his
path.
