Victor Frankenstein is the main character of Mary Shelley's novel Frankenstein. He is an ambitious and intelligent scientist who becomes obsessed with reanimating the dead. He creates life from collected corpse parts but is horrified by his finished creation, which looks like a monster. The monster desires love and acceptance but receives only rejection, which causes him to seek revenge against Victor and his family. In the end, both Victor and the monster meet tragic fates due to Victor's actions in creating the monster.

wanted to find out the mystery of this.

• The first professor whom he met at the university
was Mr. Krempe, whom he taught natural
sciences to Frankenstein. He was rough in
manner, but totally devoted to his science.

• Then Mr. Waldman was the professor who
taught him chemistry. He was a sweet natured
man in his fifties and praised the modern
sciences.
• Professor Waldman inspired Frankenstein to
invent something for the benefit of mankind.
• He advised Frankenstein to study all branches
of natural sciences including Mathematics.

• As the time passed he was especially
attracted to the mystery of the human body.

power was it that gave life?

thin veins and nerves of the human body , fixing
the bones, the cell and other tiny parts.
• He worked for days and nights for his creation
and he did not even notice when the seasons
changed.

many persons who belongs to victor’s family

• Victor becomes alone.
• Monster wants female monster. But victor denies
to crates female monster. And that’s why monster
kills Elizabeth.
• In the whole story monster wants love and
support. But in story he does not get love and
support. And that’s why he became cruel and kills
many innocent people.
• Then at the end of the story victor also dead.

14. Conclusion……
• Frankenstein is the perfect tragic hero , or
character who is doomed to suffer due to his
own actions. Victor is selfish.
• He questions authority , and everything
surrounding him. He is highly intelligent ,
caring , and actually a good person , but it was
his ambition and God complex which
ultimately drove him to ruin.
