2. -URIA
-Uria is condition of the urine.
Pertaining to urine or the urinary system.
Associated with Polyuria which is excessive urination
or urinary frequency.
Polyuria is a common sign of Diabetes Mellitus (Type
1 Diabetes).
Polyuria is cause by the body trying to rid itself of
excess sugar and in turn urination is frequent while
it is trying to do this
3. -TROPIN
-Tropin means to stimulate
Associated with the Pituitary Gland underneath the
brain.
Related to Somatotropin which is a Growth
Hormone
Somatotropin’s purpose promotes growth in the
body by stimulating the bodies cells to increase in
size and multiply.
4. -TROPIN
Also referring to Thyrotropin which is a TSH
(Thyroid-stimulating hormone).
Thyrotropin regulates the function of the thyroid
gland.
Stimulates the thyroid gland to produce more
thyroid hormones.
If there is and excessive amount of thyroid
hormones, the pituitary gland stops producing TSH
allowing the body to maintain a fairly constant level
of thyroid hormones in the blood.
