Challenge 2: Brittle Customizations
Should I customize?
 Out-of-the box applications don’t

always meet 100% business
needs
 Ad-hoc customizations are built
on top of applications
 Brittle customizations impact
upgrades and maintenance

Editor's Notes

  • #2 Abstract:Creating end-to-end business processes to remove the whitespaces between your applications is key for efficient processes and effective customer experience. BPM allows you to bring your applications together whether on premise or on cloud, to create unified processes that can be managed with better control. You can extend the existing applications with social, mobile and decision management capabilities.
