Exquisite Champagne — fizzing, bubbling, exciting, and
inspiring. It is the quintessential complement to any memorable
occasion. The growing, blending, bottling, aging, and serving
of Champagne is a labor of love itself, and thus, pairs
naturally with the ultimate celebration of love — weddings!
Champagne Taittinger, one of the very last remaining family-
owned and operated grand marquee Champagne houses in the
world, explores and embraces this celebration of unity with its
tantalizing cuvées.
Something truly magical happens when one first removes the
muselete, uncaging a fresh bottle of Champagne — something
timeless, exhilarating, and romantic. And whatever your
style — vintage glam, classic black-tie, modern art deco —
Champagne is the common denominator that completes the
most memorable day of your life. From fun Champagne Towers,
to gorgeous Champagne-inspired arrangements, to the perfect
Champagne and dessert pairings, this is the ultimate guide to
elevating the wedding experience with Champagne.
With the love and dedication of the Taittinger family,
we cordially invite you to explore Champagne Taittinger’s
The Art Of Celebrating: Bubbles of Love.
Transcend your special day.

Starting with the best of the best, Champagne Taittinger’s tête de cuvée is
Comtes de Champagne, which receives all the lavish care and attention it
needs to reach its peak maturity. Every moment with Comtes de Champagne
creates a new and unforgettable memory. It’s more than just opening a
bottle, it’s an emotional connection. A big, juicy rib eye from your favorite
butcher and a tin of caviar is all you need to offset this Champagne (well,
that and the big question!).The beauty of a Champagne this luxurious are
the intrinsic qualities and complexities of the final blend, that slight touch of
oak, and the textural experience that you can indulge in as it has a chance to
evolve. Every experience is unique.
Notes: Pale yellow color characterized by fine light bubbles that form a
delicate foam ring. Initial bouquet of tangerine develops into mature notes
of ripe fruits, raisin pastries and candied fruit. In the mouth, a smooth and
lively palate with flavors of grapefruit and a long refined finish of spice.
Grape: 100% Chardonnay

With the growing trend of cocktails — Champagne flutes or coupes with
garnishes of fruit or herbs, should not be overlooked! Champagne Taittinger
Prestige Rosé’s delicate pale pink color and racy vibrancy is perfect for
a spring/summer party, and is unbelievably effortless when it comes to
food pairing. This Champagne is such a crowd pleaser — refreshing and
enchanting — all you need to do is pull the bottles out of the wine fridge and
set out the Champagne glasses!
Notes: Fine bubbles and persistent foam punctuated by a deeply expressive
bouquet of crushed raspberries, cherries, and blackcurrants.Velvety, full-
bodied, fruity, crisp and fresh with flavors of red fruits on the palate.
Grapes: 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier

Nocturne is plush, round, smooth and perfect for late evenings.Whether you
are sitting on a beach or dancing the night away, the smooth and creamy
mousse finishes with a slightly sweeter and fruity note of white peach and
apricot. It’s festive and approachable — and when thinking of what to serve
for your bachelor or bachelorette party, the best pairing is something that
is unique and exhilarating; no one’s glass will be empty! And the gorgeous
bottle will make for beautiful photos.
Notes: Pale yellow in color with shimmering highlights and a thin foam
bubble, lending to the slightly sweet wine’s vibrancy. A bouquet of white
flowers, yellow peaches, and dried apricots leads to a crisp, creamy palate
of raisins and delicately candied fruit, with a long, smooth finish.
Grapes: 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier

At Champagne Taittinger, the honor of the House lies in the quality of its
non-vintage Champagne. It is for this reason that Champagne Taittinger
makes a Brut every year whose quality offers absolute consistency, which is
recognized all over the world — making it perfect for your wedding day.
This quality goes hand-in-hand with those beautiful moments in life. Perfect
for toasts, DIY Champagne towers, and delicious with wedding cake, this
Champagne with easy appeal is ideal for the big day.
Notes: Bright golden straw yellow, characterized by a powerful, expressive
bouquet — fruit, brioche, peach, white flowers, and vanilla pods.
On the palette, the Champagne is fresh and lively, with delicate hints
of fruit and honey.
Grapes: 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier

It’s so easy to get lost in the seating
arrangement, invitations, cakes, and centerpieces,
that many often overlook one of the most crucial
aspects — the Champagne.
Champagne is not just a drink, it is a lifestyle —
one that can shape and transform any experience.
In the following pages, take a few moments to be
inspired with a few Champagne Taittinger bridal
concepts. Each concept offers something new,
unique, and truly unforgettable — while sharing in
the elegant joy of Champagne Taittinger.

Arrangements
Almost all love starts here — at the first date,
exploring, discovering, and sharing together.
And what better way to do so than by learning

delectable entrées.
At this second stage of our journey, we bring
you expert knowledge and profound insight on
pairing your favorite Champagne Taittinger wine
with easy-to-make, homemade dishes
to accent them. For this special experience,
Chef Becerra has created a “stay-in” menu
perfectly tailored for Champagne Taittinger’s
Prestige Rosé and Prélude for anyone
looking to create something delicious and
beautiful in their own kitchen.
So, when you leave this second room,
you will leave with the skills to create an

Nothing makes the perfect first-date impression
like creating an impeccable, irresistible food

These small, potted vegetables make the perfect centerpiece for a nature
inspired wedding. Brightened with spicy watercress, lemon and garlic, the
tahini becomes a bright, creamy dip — try it with an assortment of your
favorite baby vegetables. Makes about 1 cup.

Croquembouche are beautiful towers of custard filled profiteroles held
together with caramelized sugar. Our version is filled with matcha cream
then wrapped in fine strands of pulled sugar, finally garnished with flowers
and pearls. It looks impressive as a dessert centerpiece but is surprisingly
easy to make. Full recipe available upon request (See Contact Page).

Champagne towers can be a simple, yet glamorous addition to your reception.
The glasses are beautifully arranged to allow Champagne to flow down like
a flawless waterfall. Our version takes this classic to a new level, surrounded
by a luxurious base of flowers
Artof the
ChampagneTower
ASSEMBLY
1) On top of the large plastic tray, start with
a firm, level base for your tower. Create
the first layer of your tower by placing 19
champagne glasses in a circle on a table or
tray.This should be approximately 15-inch
in diameter.
2) Place the vines around the hem of the
glasses letting them do their spindly thing
weaving about, creating the illusion of a
wreath. Gently place your flower heads (no
stems) on and around the vines and leaves,
weaving in and out in an ethereal way.
3) Build the levels. The five—tier tower
should be made of successively smaller
layers of circles. For example, the next layer
should be made of 10 glasses, followed by
7, 3, and finished with 1 glass on top.
4) Make sure each glass touches the
surrounding glasses.A diamond shaped gap
will appear between each. When building
layers, center the stem of the glass over
the diamond openings created by the layer
below.
5) Slowly begin pouring the Champagne
from the top glass, allowing it to trickle
down. If the tower is used for decorative
purposes only, assemble and fill with
Champagne before the celebration and
pass trays with fresh Champagne to guests.

Every moment with Comtes de Champagne creates a new and unforgettable memory. It’s more than just opening a bottle, it’s an emotional connection. A big, juicy rib eye from your favorite butcher and a tin of caviar is all you need to offset this Champagne (well, that and the big question!).The beauty of a Champagne this luxurious are the intrinsic qualities and complexities of the final blend, that slight touch of oak, and the textural experience that you can indulge in as it has a chance to evolve. • 20. 20 Champagne towers can be a simple, yet glamorous addition to your reception. The glasses are beautifully arranged to allow Champagne to flow down like a flawless waterfall. Our version takes this classic to a new level, surrounded by a luxurious base of flowers Artof the ChampagneTower ASSEMBLY 1) On top of the large plastic tray, start with a firm, level base for your tower. Create the first layer of your tower by placing 19 champagne glasses in a circle on a table or tray. This should be approximately 15-inch in diameter. 2) Place the vines around the hem of the glasses letting them do their spindly thing weaving about, creating the illusion of a wreath. Gently place your flower heads (no stems) on and around the vines and leaves, weaving in and out in an ethereal way. 3) Build the levels. The five—tier tower should be made of successively smaller layers of circles. For example, the next layer should be made of 10 glasses, followed by 7, 3, and finished with 1 glass on top. 4) Make sure each glass touches the surrounding glasses.A diamond shaped gap will appear between each. When building layers, center the stem of the glass over the diamond openings created by the layer below. 5) Slowly begin pouring the Champagne from the top glass, allowing it to trickle down. If the tower is used for decorative purposes only, assemble and fill with Champagne before the celebration and pass trays with fresh Champagne to guests.
