Delivery options and other important details
Did you know we deliver to any address in the UK*? And that no matter how many
cases or gifts you send in one go to a single address, the delivery charge is just £7.99?
You can even select next-day delivery for just £8.99.
• Orders will arrive within 3 working days for UK addresses excluding Northern Ireland
and Scottish Highlands Islands, which may take longer.
• Order before 2pm Monday to Friday for delivery on the next working day (midday for
all hampers) – excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands Islands. Excludes
bulk pallet deliveries.
• For bulk orders, a pallet delivery can also be arranged - call the gifts team on
03330 142 766 to discuss your requirements.
Delivery of Food Hampers p16-17:
Wine Cheese and Spirit of Christmas Hampers are available for delivery after 10th December.
Please note that hampers cannot be delivered on the following dates: 5th December,
24th-26th December, 28th-29th December or 1st-3rd January.
Last Order Dates
For guaranteed Christmas Delivery the last order for UK mainland is Monday 21st December
2015. For Northern Ireland, Eire and Scottish Highlands Islands the last guaranteed order
date is 5pm Monday 14th December 2015. The last next day delivery order date is 2pm on
Tuesday 22nd December (midday for all hampers).
Please be aware that it is advisable not to leave your order late if requesting delivery
to a business address or to a private address that we haven’t delivered to before.
