manufacturing setup and understanding their needs
and requirements.
Different countries have varied business and
economic policies that are subject to political changes
within the country.
Keeping an eye on the technological advancements
and be competent enough to quickly adapt to new
technologies.
Face competition from globally established firms
specifically from developing countries such as China,
Thailand that have a low cost of production.
Finding the right people from different cultural
backgrounds to maintain business relationships
globally.
