KAUR. I AM FROM INDIA. AND CAME HERE IN
CANADA 2021 AS AN INTERNATIONAL
STUDENT. CURRENTLY I AM ENROLLED IN
INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DIPLOMA IN
CENTENNIAL COLLEGE. THIS IS MY THIRD

KNOWLEDGE.
CONTENT
MAIN
POINTS
 The management and integration of cultural diversity are challenging issues
for businesses that acknowledge this.
 Natural catastrophes are also widespread, and they may have a significant
impact on worldwide vehicle sales, resulting in reductions in economic
growth and the global automobile sector.
 • ASEAN countries have a wide range of interests and goals. Social,
economic, and political problems are unique to each individual. As a result, it
seems that no one has any choice except to focus on resolving their own
personal issues. ASEAN's economy would surely suffer as a result of this
focus on internal issues. (Heng, 2020)
 Fraud, population changes, uneven social progress, disparities in economic
growth and environmental pollution, as well as other matters related to
leadership and the rise of dictatorship, are just a few of the many pressing
issues facing ASEAN.
SURPRISE FINDINGS
ASEAN countries have a wide range of interests and goals. Social, economic, and political
problems are unique to each individual. As a result, it seems that no one has any choice
except to focus on resolving their own personal issues. ASEAN's economy would surely
suffer as a result of this focus on internal issues.
1. Develop and share relevant values in these automotive firm.
Values should be more than just a bunch of intellectual
nonsense. Values serve as a guide for everyone in the company
in terms of how they should conduct and connect with one
another, with consumers, and with the community. We advise
our customers to limit their values to no more than five so that
staff can remember them and comprehend what is vital to the
firm.
2.Employees should be engaged at all times of the year.
Employee engagement remains a serious problem, with just less
than half of workers enthusiastic about their jobs. Leaders may
engage workers by ensuring that they understand how
they contribute to the corporation's objective in Asean/Thai
Automotive companies .
• If you were working for a global management consulting firm, what three
recommendations would you make to improve the organizational effectiveness of
these Asean/Thai Automotive companies?
CONCLUSIONS
•In this case, SEM analysis allows us to
reach the following conclusions:
Working collaboratively with the supply
chain and exchanging information can
help to reduce the unpredictability of
trust, which is a critical component of joint
venture success.
Communication, trust, and cooperation
have been identified as critical
components of successful supply chain
management.
According to the findings of the study, the
presumed complexities caused by ethnic
disparities are difficult to manage and
incorporate.
