SHARING THE
EDUCATION AMONG
THE YOUTH OF THIRD
WORLD AND
DEVELOPING
COUNTRIES

Motivation
Our progress as a nation can be no swifter
than our progress in education. The human
 mind is our fundamental resource.
    John F. Kennedy(1917-1963) Thirty-fifth
 President of the USA
SHARING EDUCATION

As the freedom of one, lies within the
education, the core and foremost resource for
the prosperity of the country without any doubt
relies on intellect of its people. Society with
educated youth can build the system in the
future that will remove the word “Third” from
the term “Third World Country”, meanwhile
making this society as the part of global
development for better future.
SHARING EDUCATION
As the part of ICT Program of UNDP, many
third world and developing countries have
been rewarded with ICT Access in these
years. This deed motivates us thinking about
sharing the education, which increases the
number of youth with motivation and vision.
Here the idea Distance Learning comes as the
optimal solution for bringing knowledge to
millions.
SHARING EDUCATION
Many pioneers of Distance Learning have
dedicated their effort and knowledge for the
build of such a free platform. And as the ideal
examples for this great deed, I am honoured to
list several of them:
SHARING EDUCATION
1. Khan Academy, with the web-site:
  http://www.khanacademy.org/, is the fruitful
effort of Mr. Salman Amin 'Sal' Khan.
This non-commercial project has over 89 mln
free lessons, targeted the students of all ages
is functional in online and offline modes of
  connection.
SHARING EDUCATION
2. Massachusetts Institute of
Technology (MIT) online courses, with the
  web-site: http://ocw.mit.edu/index.htm, unlocks
the knowledge and empowers the young
  minds.
PROPOSAL
It would have a great impact on achieving
of our goal, motivating and giving hope to
youth, if this knowledge is shared through the
ICT and other programs of UN.

Taking into account authors will for share and
empower minds; the hope and joy for the
young minds of third world and developing
countries will be guaranteed.
PROPOSAL
As the next proposal concerning the topic,
is “YOUNG LEADERSHIP PROGRAM”, which
can be organized under the development
program of United Nations. The target of this
program will be the education of gifted
students of third world countries from their
early age in a high quality education
environment. When the time comes, these
candidates who have been educated in UN
institution, can serve as the leaders in their
countries, leading their nation towards
prosperity.
FINAL WORD
Speaking about Youth, the image of a
young tree who needs care and love will come
to our mind. Let the tree grow and be like
 Lebanese Cedar,

Many thanks for your time,

With kind regards,
Eldor R. Parmanov
