2. In October 2012, 5 678 million
young Europeens don’t have jobs
+23% of young people are looking
for a job in the EU, Spain and
Greeces are the worst.
3. +
In 3 years 50%
of students with
university
diplomas are
unemployed
4. +
Robots are
more and more
present in life
and in the
industry
5. +
SOLUTIONS
- Teach poeple to find work
- Stop creating robots
- Create more jobs
6. Teach people to find a job
Reorganise employment agencies
+ change education :
- self-improvment
+ - more interships in
companies
- improve work interviews
7. +
Stop creating robots
Use humans for inaccurate tasks but
continue using robots for precise
procedures
Replace robots by people for example in
car companies
Taxes on using robots in the industry
8. Create more work
customers are making the
companies money
Replace robots by people in big
company ( not small ones because
+ don’t have enough money)
they
If they want to grow they should not
buy other robots but hire more
people
9. Creates work
state investissement
The state have already created
employmentin some sector
+We have to do it in all the sectors:
- first year the state will pay
the salary of the customer in
place of the companie :
benefice for the companie
- second year the companie
has to keep him and pay it for
five years
10. Future of the solution
It would be a plan in 5 years which
would need a lot of money : 15
million euros. (2500 euros per
+person for 500 persons)
It would be probably hard to
convince the companies, so the
taxe if you use robots would be
around 30%of the income, in that
way it should be more interesting to
use people than robots.
