Impact Storytelling: 3 parts to every great story, and 1 part to always leave...brandiolson
You know that telling stories about the work you do is critical to engaging stakeholders and raising money—so you probably tell a lot of stories. There are some incredible people doing amazing things in your program, but are your stories powerful enough? Do they explain your impact and compel others to take action? What makes for an effective story? It will probably surprise you.

Russian anarchist and anti-war movement in the third year of full-scale warAntti Rautiainen
Anarchist group ANA Regensburg hosted my online-presentation on 16th of May 2024, in which I discussed tactics of anti-war activism in Russia, and reasons why the anti-war movement has not been able to make an impact to change the course of events yet. Cases of anarchists repressed for anti-war activities are presented, as well as strategies of support for political prisoners, and modest successes in supporting their struggles.

About Child’s Hope
Child's Hope is a central voice for the prevention of child abuse and neglect in Wayne County. We build
collaborations and programs that enable children, families and caregivers to break the cycle of abuse.
Through programs such as Read to Me, Blankets 4 Kids, My Body Is Mine, Mandated Reporter, Look
Before You Leave and Never Shake a Baby, Child’s Hope builds collaborations and programs that help
break the cycle of abuse. The programs are supported through the generosity of donations from the
local community. In addition, the organization hosts an annual fundraiser, Hopes & Dreams. This year
the event will be held on April 23, 2015 and will also celebrate the organization’s 30th
anniversary.
The Child’s Hope organization, under the leadership of President Trisha Stein, is composed of board
members throughout the metropolitan community who freely give their time and talent to do this work.
