Welcome to the Diversity and Inclusion Conference!
This Conference is a joint initiative of the CGIAR HR Community of Practice (CoP)
and the CGIAR Gender in Agricultural Research Program (GARP), supported by
the African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD) and
hosted by the World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF).
The objectives of this conference are:
1.	 To bring together representatives of CGIAR and other internationally
working organizations to jointly reconfirm the importance of diversity and
inclusion for the future development of our organizations
2.	 To share experiences with colleagues from these organizations, on the
efforts of enhancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in
agricultural research.
3.	 To bring together ideas and recommendations for further actions and
activities to enhance diversity and inclusion both in agricultural research
and in the workplaces of our organizations.
