20. “When we completely redesigned and remodeled our 8,000
square foot Hibiscus Golf Club in Naples, Florida, landing the
General Hotel and Restaurant Supply design team was a God send
for us. They transformed our existing golf club constructed in
1980 into a modern day wonder. We got everything we wanted
and more. The design team was professional, knowledgeable, and
helpful. Most of all they gave us the quality in furnishings and
equipment that we needed, while adhering to our budget and
saving us thousands of dollars. Thanks to the GHRS Design
Team that worked so hard for us at Hibiscus Golf Club, we are

29. Remodel and redesign of new 728 room property on Miami Beach, Florida.
ASSIGNMENT: Design new kitchens in multiple towers to accommodate
guests in restaurants, banqueting and room service.
GHRS LEADERSHIP: Plans were developed for permitting after months of
work with property ownership and staff. Final
MEP's were completed. At the last minute, GHRS was
informed that the hotel needed to comply with new fire
standards and a new 8' hallway had to be constructed
through the existing kitchen design. We reconfigured
the plan within three weeks for permitting to
accommodate this last minute requirement. In effect,
GHRS had to redraw the kitchen and provide revised
MEP's for final permitting. This quick turnaround saved
tens of thousands of dollars for property ownership in
reduced construction costs.
30. The Biltmore Hotel is renowned amongst the most luxury hotels of the world, and
we endure many renovations to maintain that status.
Recently, we remodeled our Fontana Restaurant's exhibition kitchen and rebuilt our
Golf Clubhouse. General Hotel & Restaurant Supply provided outstanding service in
assisting with the design of these two projects. Not only did they procure the
equipment needed on a timely basis and within budget, but the General Hotel team
was consistently available to respond amiably to any questions we possessed, and
was expeditious in resolving any problems that arose.
We must make special mention of our account representative, whose sincere
professionalism and utmost service contribute to the reason why we at the Biltmore
are beyond satisfied with General Hotel & Restaurant Supply.
We have and will continue to use General Hotel for much of our daily needs in
operating our fine resort.

over 100 restaurants for me and helped remodel them to the tune of
300 remodels. I guess that qualifies me to say I know your operation.
The reason we keep coming back is because of the little extra services
you have provided us over the years.
