What others say about me……
It is my distinct pleasure to recommend to you Penny Mavrikis a most deserving and highly qualified
candidate for a position on your staff. It has been my privilege to know Penny for nearly a year. Ms. Mavrikis
was recently a full time employee with our studio dedicated to design development and construction
documentation with predominantly hospitality clients. In addition she worked occasionally on retail, office,
and restaurant (QSR) development opportunities. During her time with us we observed and appreciated her
overall experience and knowledge, and in particular her dedication to servicing the account she was
assigned to. Penny willingly shared her knowledge and talents with all those around her. She is trust worthy,
dependable, has a remarkable knowledge base of restaurant and retail roll out project types, and has
demonstrated herself to be a welcomed addition to any team requiring thorough and thoughtful design
support. She is gregarious, respectful, and demonstrates a very high degree of caring and concern for her
client’s needs. Penny has a goal oriented work ethic, and maintains a good sense of logic and humor when
faced with aggressive schedule commitments while performing her assignments.

During my professional career of nearly 35 years, I have had the privilege of working with many talented
people. Penny ranks at the top of this group. I highly recommend considering her as a candidate at your
institution or business. She will make a positive impact on all those who have the good fortune to work with
her.

J. Edward Fehér, A.I.A. Prinicipal & Owner, Glavan Feher Architects, Inc.

Penny is a very detail oriented and thorough project manager. She did an excellent job producing a
prototype set of hotel documents for Glavan-Feher with minimal supervision. She set a great example for all
the employees and I would welcome the opportunity to work with her again in the future.

first when developing building designs for her clients. Penny brings good humor and extensive experience to
her interactions with people when managing projects. She is well versed in all phases of architectural
services, from design development through construction administration. Lastly, Penny has integrity, is
reliable and diligent.

Melanie Smythe, Principal of Candacity, Can-do Consulting

I am happy to recommend Penny. I worked with Penny on a project as she was the Prototype architect
for a company we were working with as the supplier. Penny's quick response and professional input helped
move the process along smoothly and efficiently.

Endorsements What others sayabout me…… It is my distinct pleasure to recommend to you Penny Mavrikis a most deserving and highly qualified candidate for a position on your staff. It has been my privilege to know Penny for nearly a year. Ms. Mavrikis was recently a full time employee with our studio dedicated to design development and construction documentation with predominantly hospitality clients. In addition she worked occasionally on retail, office, and restaurant (QSR) development opportunities. During her time with us we observed and appreciated her overall experience and knowledge, and in particular her dedication to servicing the account she was assigned to. Penny willingly shared her knowledge and talents with all those around her. She is trust worthy, dependable, has a remarkable knowledge base of restaurant and retail roll out project types, and has demonstrated herself to be a welcomed addition to any team requiring thorough and thoughtful design support. She is gregarious, respectful, and demonstrates a very high degree of caring and concern for her client’s needs. Penny has a goal oriented work ethic, and maintains a good sense of logic and humor when faced with aggressive schedule commitments while performing her assignments. During my professional career of nearly 35 years, I have had the privilege of working with many talented people. Penny ranks at the top of this group. I highly recommend considering her as a candidate at your institution or business. She will make a positive impact on all those who have the good fortune to work with her. J. Edward Fehér, A.I.A. Prinicipal & Owner, Glavan Feher Architects, Inc. Penny is a very detail oriented and thorough project manager. She did an excellent job producing a prototype set of hotel documents for Glavan-Feher with minimal supervision. She set a great example for all the employees and I would welcome the opportunity to work with her again in the future. Dick Rauh, Senior Architectural Executive, Glavan Feher Architects, Inc.
