This document outlines a 3 step spiritual centering process. The first step is to identify a negative circumstance and thought, and determine if it makes you feel good/powerful or bad/powerless. The second step is to choose not to give attention to negative thoughts if they make you feel bad/powerless. The third step is to generate an alternative thought that makes you feel good and powerful.
