1. Hello, <br />In an effort to respect your planning time and maximize our efficiency I have decided to restructure our team meetings. I have broken everyone into two teams (which consist basically of the 6/7 spit and 8th grade. We will rotate the teams through celebration coverage and grade level team meetings. In doing so we are ensuring that we have enough people on duty for celebrations as well as meet the needs of our grade level teams. This change will free up Wednesdays from 3- 4:30 I will then meet with teachers on Wednesdays for 10 minute one on one meetings.
