Grace Hill Settlement House had several accomplishments in 2010, including: 1) Their AmeriCorps program was named one of the most innovative in the US and they completed phases of transforming a public park in North St. Louis. 2) Their Head Start program had high parent satisfaction rates and awards were won by staff for their work. 3) Classroom environments and programs at sites improved, with one receiving reaccreditation and afterschool programs expanding. 4) The agency itself won awards for excellence and led collaboratives to help neighborhoods.
