Outcomes, Measures and Goals for 1 st  Year Creation of a community-based planning and oversight framework Completion of 4-5 large-scale community service projects Significant educational progress (progress toward GED completion, high-  school re-entry, and/or college matriculation for more than 75% of participating youth Significant career progress (identification of career pathways, acquisition of industry-recognized certifications, and permanent job placement for more than 80% of participating youth Reduction in recidivism (80% of participants incurring no new charges over 18 months) Significant, measurable changes in key attitudes and perceptions on the part of participating youth & community residents
