K-12 platform ebooks selected by team of educators:
● Supervised use at school and home is recommended
especially for K-6 students
● Teachers & parents need to assist K-6 students to
access ebooks appropriate for their age
● Provides environment for students to learn about book
selection, encourages wide reading
● Models good strategies for students using other ebook
platforms at local libraries
● Create opportunities between parents and children to
share and discuss books

parents
Students:
● Talk with teachers/parents about downloading books.
● Look at what age group the book is intended for.
● Read the description of the book and categories it
comes under to see if the topic suits their interest and
their age.
Parents:
● Share/read the ebooks with their child
● Discuss themes, characters or issues
● Guide appropriate reading choices
