This document provides templates and samples for submitting a thesis on CD at the University of the Punjab, including: 1. Two CD envelope templates for printing student information on both sides of an A4 sheet. 2. A sample with tabular fields for printing student and thesis details on the CD itself. 3. A template for printing on a regular sized CD. 4. A declaration statement for the student to sign confirming the work is their own and can be published electronically. 5. Logos of the University of the Punjab for inclusion on the CD and materials.
