About R-Team
The R-Team™ program is made up of
10 fun and educational group sessions
that teach families how to live a healthy
life. R-Team™ is located at different
locations in Oakland,
Wayne, and Macomb
County.
Group sessions offered
in the areas of:
• Nutrition
• Fitness training
• Lifestyle education
• Support
R-Team™ sessions are led by a team
made up of registered dietitians,
exercise specialists, wellness coaches
and registered nurses.
The program consists of 10 sessions
that last 90 minutes each.
A parent or caregiver must attend each
session with their child.
Topics Covered
Parents and children meet
separately and together
throughout the program to cover
different topics. Each session is
filled with fun activities to help
your child learn best.

basic information needed
for enrollment.
3. Contact your
child’s doctor to complete
a clearance form and lab
work.
After we receive what is
needed, your child will be
scheduled for an individual
assessment with each team
member.
