8. Personnel, Personnel Training, and Assessment (Phils.)
Only the best and the most efficient encoders are
hired in the company. They go through a number
of screenings and interviews before they are put to
actual training. CCNI makes sure that encoders are
competent and highly capable of accurate data
entry with speed.
To guarantee precision and speed, training
procedures include three finger home key for
numerical codes and Japanese Katakana and
Hiragana character familiarization. For newly hired
data encoders, they are required to at least be able
to achieve 12,000 keystrokes.
Since the company now has the opportunity to
open up to other clients we will also conduct
trainings regarding ten finger home key. CCNI is
also currently devising a regular assessment
program to maintain if not improve the quality of
