This cylinder uses a rigid linear guide. The table is made of
aluminum to reduce the weight by 10%. The symmetrical
stopper, multiple piping and positioning holes, etc., allow more

This valve has a maximum working pressure of 20 MPa. It is
ideal when vaporizing a test medium for the air-tightness or
durability of hydraulic equipment. The special rod seal structure
extends the life of the high pressure zone valve. Use this valve
to conduct high pressure leak tests.
This compact flow rate sensor provides additional operations.
It can be used in a variety of applications and scenarios, such
as conducting a simple leak test and increasing visualization.
This valve has a large flow rate of 450 ℓ/min or more (primary-

With constant pressure, there is no metal-to-metal contact and
low dust generation, so it remains clean. Eliminating fatigue in
metal springs ensures a long service life.
This bearing is soft touch and can control a load starting at a
minuscule 0.10 N. The porous rod surface enables hydrostatic
bearing. Workpieces are handled with the optimal load,
according to the application and purpose.
With no positive pressure, measures to stop tiny microchips
from blowing away when releasing the vacuum are unnecessary.
To save space, the unit is equipped with a pressure sensor for
vacuums. Because the footprint has been minimized, the unit
can be utilized in tiny spaces.
This tube has a minimum outer diameter of 1.8 mm (inner
diameter, 1.2 mm). This extremely fine air tube is as thin and
flexible as a lead wire. Use it to reduce the size of devices.
The separated sensor head saves space! This switch is
a minimum of 8 mm thick. Response via the standalone
sensor head (without fittings) is possible. This switch allows
bidirectional flow measurement.
