Cyberbullying involves the deliberate use of electronic communication to harass or threaten others. It can take various forms such as sending threatening messages, tricking someone into revealing private information and sharing it with others, impersonating someone online to post false messages, or creating websites to mock others. Victims may feel there is no escape and like they are not safe even at home. Cyberbullies can say harsher things online because they are anonymous and don't have to see the victim's reaction. Anonymity contributes to victims feeling constantly unsafe even in their own surroundings.
