This document contains a personal qualities inventory worksheet for students to rate themselves on various personal qualities and work performance traits. The worksheet includes a list of traits for students to rate themselves as high, average, or low. Students are then asked to describe examples of how they have demonstrated their high-rated traits and why employers would want to hire someone with those traits. Finally, students are asked to list their top five high-rated traits. The purpose is to help students identify their strengths to craft a personal brand statement and marketing materials.
