3. CLIMATIC REQUIREMENT
• Moist cool temperature
• Optimum temperature: 18 Degree C
• During maturity stage temperature should not exceed 20 degree C
• Cauli flower is sensitive to low temperature and frost
5. LAND PREPARATION
• Farm yard manure prior one month of sowing
• Ploughing followed by harrowing
• Make ridges and water well
• Ridges distance: 75cm
6. SOWING TIME
Early Crop
• Sowing time: May-August
• Transplanting: Early July-September
Late Crop
• Sowing time: September-october
• Transplanting: November
8. NUTRITION
• FYM: 15-20tonns/ha
• Nitrogen: 45kg/ha

12. HARVESTING
• Squeeze the head and make sure it's firm throughout
• Cut each cabbage head at its base with a sharp knife
• Place the produce in shade immediately
• Medium sized head 15-20cm
• Large sized head 20-30cm
