How CA-TAP is the Solution ?
Tracking
While logging In/Out through CA-TAP, the employees Time and location get stored
in the database. The Partner can check this from their CA-TAP app.
Also during logout the employees have to punch in these details:
 Daily Work done
The employee have to fill in their work done (min. 100 words).This data can be
used in Review meetings. Also this data helps the articles while filing their three
year Article ship.
 Conveyance and Food Expense
This is useful to get quick data of the expenses claimed from the Client by your
employees. It saves the Seniors/Managers time in Claim verification with accuracy.
So with this feature, your employees works get monitored daily.

Steps
1.Partner(s) Create
new Client & Assign
to Admin(s)
2.Admin selects
articles who is
having least work.
Admin also can
select other
managers if
needed.
3.Articles can start
work on new client
by selecting from
their client list.
Then they have to
login.
Client Service Flow
Admin App
Article’s App
Super Admin/Partner App
Note: All employees will have their own Login Ids and password.

How it Works ?
 Super Admin/Partner creates a Client Service in their app.
 He/she then delegates this Service to one of his Senior Employee(Admin Z) through the
app along with Budgeted Man-hours.
 Now this Admin Z gets prompted about this new Client Service in his app(Admin app).
The admin z then creates team for this service. He assigns article assistants to this client.
 The assigned articles will now have this Client in their Active client list (in Staff App).
 They can Now do daily logins to this client wherein their:
 In Time
 Login Location are captured
 When they logout at the end of the day, the following data are captured:
 Out Time
 Logout Location
 Area of audit & Work done(min. 150 words)
 Conveyance & food expenses if any
Note: All employees will have their own Login Ids and password.
