Typical dish   One of the most   typical dishes of Catalonia is “Pa amb tomàquet” (bread with tomato and oil). We normally eat it with sausage, ham or cheese. Her cuisine is strongly based in Catalan tradition, but it is also open to world influences. She focuses on quality and in-season products as well as adding poetry to her cooking.
