VIOSY manufactures, represents and distributes advanced technology batteries and is currently one of the leading companies in Greece in its field with a wide network of partners. The company invests in research and development to produce and provide the Greek and international market with innovative products and services related to energy production and storage.
VIOSY has presently one headquarter and two company branches, all located in Greece. The general administration of the company was looking for an integrated solution for Profit&Loss (PL), budgeting, workflow, warehouse management and ordering that would also offer mobile access to integrated information to all the staff members involved in these processes. The company was using an obsolete on premise software merely for accounting purposes and most of the business processes were not automated or interrelated.

traceability, customs warehouse pallet, battery best charging suggestion, leasing management of heavy equipment, contract management, and export procedures.
A complete sales process was established depicting the following: RFQ, offer, product availability check, order with backorder feature and invoicing. Offers take account of edits, client approval, order acceptance by the client, offer conversion to order and/or invoicing. A complete product control is set to check availability and identical items.
Warehouse management process is set per pallet. Every pallet receives a unique import ID, unique storage and customs ID. Upon export, the user can select specific pallets for shipment. A complete LOT tracking process is also preset to fit the requirements of VIOSY per item.
The pricing policy per item and per customer is estimated based on specified metrics set per month (average cost of lead), per usage (tariff, transportation, customs, security, operating rates), per item (lead weight, type of selling price assessment, etc.), and per item category or client category (profit margin). The user can select to apply each pricing policy for all items or for a specific offer.
The currency conversion has been automated to facilitate the invoicing procedures in foreign exchange rates.
An ample process for the administration of industrial batteries operating leasing contracts is also set in the NUBIS Cloud ERP™ solution for VIOSY, for the periodic billing of leasing clients, to calculate the amortized cost value, for the monitoring of third space – leasing, and to manage maintenance and repair processes (records, scheduled maintenance, spare parts, leasing P&L).
The export process is fully automated and includes export files for accounting purposes, multilingual standard data options for forms, custom clearance and distribution forms and reporting, transport methods (cif, fob, etc.), deals with transport companies per destination with fixed amount per central unit, special units of measurement (weight, volume, floor, etc.), destination, and way of shipment. Also, the process includes suggested transport companies per destination, based on lower cost history record.
