Case study: SamSam is a 14 year old Caucasian female. Sam is currently in the 9th grade and
attends a small charter school. She reports having friends and has good grades. Sam lives
with her mom, dad, and one of her older sisters. Her eldest sister is already away at college,
whom she is close to. Reports not being close to everyone else in the home; even reports she
sister that is still in the home belittles her and talks down to her. Sam recently was brought
in to the mental health facility by her mom due to concerns about missing meals at home
and coming home with her lunch not eaten. Mom first reached out and Sam medically
evaluated but no issues were found and recommended nutritional options. Mom reports she
noticed Sam was behaving a little differently, her clothes were looser, changes in her body
frame, and Sam staying in her room more often in the dark. Sam reported there was nothing
wrong and she wanted to start watching what she eats. Sam reported weighing herself in
the morning and at night every day. She was also measuring herself every week (arms,
waist, thighs, calves, etc) to make sure she wasn’t “expanding.” Sam also reported she didn’t
like eating at school because she felt like everyone was watching her eat and it would make
her uncomfortable. Sam reports not liking how she looks sometimes and feeling sad more
than 3-4 days out of the week. This has been going on for more than 12 months.You will
write a 1-2 (not including title page) page paper summarizing case, determining possible
diagnosis, justify that diagnosis, and explain in detail possible treatment and how it would
