This document outlines a proposal for an online platform called Carsicare that allows car owners and fleet managers to store information about their vehicles and drivers. It describes current challenges like a lack of access to maintenance records and notes that Carsicare aims to create an online "e-valet diary" where users can track vehicle data, regulatory information, and receive reminders. Carsicare would obtain real-time traffic violation data and offer both free basic services like manual mileage tracking as well as paid options like 24/7 support and GPS monitoring to help users better manage their vehicles and comply with regulations. Aggregator to Drivers” complicate the surveillance at
bottom layer…impacting drivers & their
compliance/regulatory norms
◦ Fleets in multiples of hundreds will always make the fleet
management difficult with out technology
◦ Traffic violation information do not reach transport admin
immediately
◦ Regulatory norms like insurances, road taxes, pollution
control certificates, driver license, driver person info...
Etc., is difficult to track at the time of emergency
