The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is India's central banking institution, which controls the
Monetary policy of the Indian rupee, plays an important part in the development strategy of
the Government of India. RBI acts as a supervisor to all banks. The Reserve Bank provides
short-term loans and advances to banks / financial institutions, when necessary, to facilitate
lending for specified purposes. Provide depository services for government securities for
institutions and service Government loans.
Responsibilities:
 Analyzing the work load characteristics and design to simulate pattern’s for
performance engineering.

3.  Designing different types of scenarios in the Controller based on the production
scenario.
 Creation/Validating LR scripts (with perfect error handling) for the identified 69

Project Description:
Adrenalin is a Human Resource Management tool used by all the associates in Polaris, which is
being upgraded from adrenalin 1.0 version to adrenalin 4.0 version. Depending on the user
groups viewable modules will be varying. For all associates the common modules like personal
data, employment data, selftask, hr task, and misc reports are visible. For HR group along with
the common modules addition modules will be available.
Responsibilities:
 Understand the Adrenalin HRMS server architecture and hardware partitions.
 Assist the business application team in identification of business scenarios for
performance testing.
 Test client and server performance by replicating the real time user load from JMeter
tool.
 Conduct Load Testing on HRMS server with 25%, 50% and 100% of simultaneous users
load (Max of 500).
