PRODUCTION ACCOUNTING SUPPORT ANALYST:
Provided coaching and solutions to the Production Accountants so that they can complete their
Production Accounting and Revenue booking cycles for oil and gas properties.
Respond to and resolve Production Accounting reporting issues using heat tickets logged in on timely
basis. Log issues with CGI, provide fixed data and supporting backup, and monitor progress being made.
Provide assistance and modify fixed data in PAS and PRISM, DOI, allocations, freehold and overriding
royalty setups, delivery profile setups, AR washing, and financial interfaces. Master table maintenance.
Provide assistance with AB and SK Petrinex submissions. Primary and Backup up USA administrator in
Petrinex
Generate, send, and monitor submissions to meet all deadlines without penalties.
Understand operational changes and assess impact on Production Accounting system. Reconfigure
properties as needed to meet Government and true flow regulations.
Test new Production Accounting system releases-PAS, PRISM, and liaison with vendor for any system
enhancements or bug fixes. Sharing learning’s with the other support team members.
Prepare documentation and examples as reference materials as well as putting on training sessions.
Perform desk coverage as needed. Work on assigned projects and complete by identified deadlines.

2. Work with CGI and internal IT/IS teams to resolve system items.
Run Access database queries and processes.
PRODUCTION/REVENUE ACCOUNTING:
Effectively and efficiently perform routine responsibilities including:
o Fixed data maintenance in Production Accounting System PAS and PRISM.
o Master data set up, Measurement points with multi contracts and with partners taking
products in kind. Royalty contracts interpretation and set-up using CS Explorer master
data.
o Gather and record production data leading to the completion of standard government
reports. Utilize CSV and XML uploads to upload data into Registry.
o Submission of Pipeline splits, Volumetric, SAF/OAF to Alberta Petroleum Registry
accurately and on time.
o Maintained a zero $ non-compliance penalty record.
o Account and report for AB ,SK, BC, Manitoba, operated and Non-op properties.
o Reconciling Accounts Receivable
o Liaison between Accounting, Land and Operation departments to ensure the integrity and
reliability of production and royalties information are correct
o Verification of bookings to ensure all data interfaced to financial system is accurate and on
time
Working knowledge of PAS, Access DB, Prism, Petronet, Q-byte Enerstream, Q-byte Macro,
Triangle, Q-byte FM, Petrinex, Fieldview and PVR, PUTTY.
