I have over 30 years of experience in the Energy Industry, including managing my own
consulting and industry specific Consulting and Placement Agency. I handle all aspects
of the Production, Revenue and Royalty Accounting Roles, Joint Venture Accounting
and Audits, Gas Plant Equalizations, Payout Calculations, Enhanced Production Audit
Process (EPAP) and Allowable Costs.
MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:
Negotiated a new clean Oil trucking contract for Novus Energy which has saved
the company in excess of $8 Million dollars.
Audit Query Research and Response able to successfully deny $8 Million of $12
Million in audit claims for one client.
2010 Alberta Premier Gold Award. Volunteer member of Team recognized for
excellence and exceptional commitment to superior business practices .E-FMT
Redesign of Freehold Mineral Tax. Saving the Provincial government in excess of
$1Million per year in administration and reporting costs.
Recouped over $300,000 in uncharged fees for Processing and Transportation
costs in three months.

Manager Marketing, Production and Revenue Accounting
- Hiring, managing and directing the monthly work flow of the Production and
Revenue Accounting group.
- Oil Forecasting, scheduling working with Shippers, Trucking Companies and field staff
to get oil to market via Pipeline and Rail while achieving the best Netbacks
possible.
- Review and selection of software needed to achieve maximum efficiencies.
- Assisting all Production Accountants with reporting and data issues.
- Coordinate audits, Internal, External and Joint Venture, respond to audit queries.
- Reconcile, review and analysis of the Alberta, Saskatchewan and BC Crown
invoices.
- Prepare and calculate annual Capital Cost Allowance and Custom Processing fee
reports.
- Coordinate and improve information flow and process with Operations and Land
departments to ensure EPAP compliance between departments.
