2. Show that we work in and offer jobs across all of Latin America and the Caribbean
3. Attract talent that is diverse and innovative
4. Educate candidates on how we hire and what our culture is like, before they apply for a job
5. Make the experience enjoyable for the candidate through interactive content and video

11. These bubbles allow candidates to explore career
paths and directly search for open jobs in their area of
interest.

12. These sliders let candidates play around with different
years of experience and education levels to understand
to which roles they can apply.
