• Multi-faceted infusion of resources kept the ecosystem

Limitations can expand horizons
• The need for dramatic and rapid action catalyzed new
ideas
• As outreach team had to “stay home”, the switch to phone
outreach doubled the number of retailers CARE was able
to contact in the first 6 months of 2021.
