1. Sliced tomatoes with mozzarella and basil
INGREDIENTS
One Large tomato, sliced thin
Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Extra virgin arbequine olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
A pinch of salt
Basil (fresh or dried)
DIRECTIONS
1.- Place tomato slices, alternating with mozzarella slices, on a serving
platter.
2.- Season to taste with salt.
3.- Drizzle olive oil over tomatoes and mozzarella (if you like you can
drizzle with balsamic vinegar too)
4.- Sprinkle with basil.

TIP- This salad is specially delicious in spring if you can get fresh tomatoes
and basil from your garden!
