  1. 1. Spaghetti carbonara Delicious!
  2. 2. They Provide? The spaghetti are a symbol of Italian cooking. Today, it is one of the favorite dishes of the Mediterranean diet, especially by children. The pasta provides essentially complex carbohydrates, starch represents the major fraction of this food that gives it a high energy value. This feature makes it a dish recommended in the diet of individuals in need of energy as the smallest, adolescents, athletes and professionals with an intense physical activity.
  3. 3. Ingredients for 4 people 400 grams of spaghettis. The spaghettis are the main ingredient for this dish. 125 grams of bacon or we can also put turkey ham, cut into small squares.
  4. 4. 3 or 4 slices of cheese 1 cup milk and a half 1 medium onion, chopped Parmesan cheese, shredded
  5. 5. olive oil ground white pepper salt parsley (optional )
  6. 6. Preparation <ul><li>Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until &quot;al dente&quot;. Meanwhile cut the bacon or turkey ham small cubes and reserve. </li></ul>
  7. 7. In ad dition, in a skillet with olive oil, fry the finely chopp ed onion, when fried bacon incorporated, season . Leave saute all together. After receiving blankets are added cheese (can be light), and half a glass of milk and stir everything with a wooden sp oon until the cheese melts over medium heat.
  8. 8. Then add the drained spaghetti and stir the sauce to simmer a few minutes.
  9. 9. Serve immediately sprinkled with grated cheese and chopped fresh parsley, if desired.. .
  10. 10. You can substitute milk for cream. To me, this dish is easier to digest milk. Once drained the pasta, if you are not going to use right away, take a dash of olive oil and move to not stick together. It is very loose and juicy. Below I show you how it is.
