operational and ROI analysis at Livingstone Associates, where he is president and
COO. Tony DiTucci is also involved with various organizations that reach out to
communities such as Camp Hard Hat, where he is a member of the board.

3. Camp Hard Hat is a coalition of businesses that seeks to
help local nonprofits complete their construction projects.
The good thing about Camp Hard Hat is that young
students, aged 12 to 15, are the ones who finish the
projects.

4. Every summer, Camp Hard Hat offers the students a week-
long camp where they are exposed to real-life construction
projects.The camp’s participants begin their workday at 9:00
a.m. and end the day at 3:00 p.m.Through Camp Hard Hart,
the students receive training and mentorship in design,
construction, and project safety. This year, the participants of
Camp Hard Hat served the needs of the Junior Achievement
Discover Center by building park benches.

5. Camp Hard Hat is a growing program.What started with just two camps 10 years ago has
now grown to seven camps.Nearly 400 studentshave participatedin Camp Hard Hat
over the last decade, completingover 10,000 hours of project work.
