Fatigue Analysis of a Coke Drum and Fuse Pin in an Aircraft August – December, 2014
- Performed the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for components subjected to extreme heating and cold shocks in refineries.
- Investigated the unexpected failure and crash of the Boeing 747 due to fatigue of a fuse pin in a pylon.
