conscientious individual who is able to multitask, handle pressure and work as part
of a team with infectious enthusiasm and an inspirational style and a positive
attitude.
Experience

Refereeing
After completing my refereeing course in early September age the age of fourteen, I
was then able to referee on a Sunday from any ages up to the age of eighteen. Not
only was it a good money earner, it also allowed me to gain skills from a very early
age. The main skills that I developed from refereeing were leadership and decision
making. I feel that these two skills are very important in the work environment.

Position: Crew Member

my skills even further. Since working there, I have learnt how to work closely within a
team and the importance of customer satisfaction as this is greatly emphasised.

My interests are very much sports based. Throughout my entire life, I have grown up
in and around sports. I have a strong passion for West Ham united, my family and I
all support them so it allows us to have a day out together and grow closer. I will
follow them up and down the country wherever they may be. If I'm not watching
sport then I'm very involved at looking to develop younger players coming through. I
feel that this is very important to the future of the sporting industry.
